The Spellbook Page is an item made first available in the Scream Fortress 2013 event. These items may not be equipped. A Spellbook Page’s only function is to be added to either a Unfilled Fancy Spellbook or a Fancy Spellbook. Prior to Scream Fortress 2015, Spellbook pages could only be found in Haunted Halloween gifts.
