Before you open the door, check the walls to the right until you find a secret area. In here, go down the stairs and kill the 2 Shotgun Guys on skill levels 4 and 5, and collect the ammo and health here. Go outside and collect the Mega Armor, and go back to the zig zag room, and now go through the door.
