Can A Kalashtar sleep like a normal person?
Kalashtar sleep, but their minds do not dream as other creatures do. Instead, their minds draw from the memories of their otherworldly spirit while they sleep. As such, you are immune to magical spells and effects that require you to dream, like the dream spell, but not to spells and effects that put you to sleep, like the sleep spell.
How are Kalashtar Quori connected to the plane of Dreams?
1- The quori bound by kalashtars aren’t connected to the plane of dreams any more so instead of the kalashtar dreaming, he or she gets to see memories of the quori when he or she was there. Currently the quori are spirits completely within the material realm and not partially there
