Will Webkinz ever shut down?
As many of you have heard, Flash – the technology on which Webkinz runs – will be removed completely from browsers in 2020. Ganz, the company that owns the Webkinz brand, has announced that it will permanently delete all archived, inactive accounts on October 1st, 2019.
What to do if your Webkinz World account has been archived?
For security purposes, during the archiving process, we remove all information associated to the account other than then User Name and Password. If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process.
How do I Reset my Password on Webkinz World?
Your user name and a link to reset your password will then be sent to that address and you’ll be back in Webkinz World taking care of your pets in no time!
How long does it take to get full membership with Webkinz?
Each time you adopt a Webkinz Pet with a paid Adoption Code, you will unlock Full Membership for 1 year from the date of adoption. Registering multiple Adoption Codes at the same time will not stack additional years of Full Membership access.
Where do I Find my Adoption code on Webkinz?
Your Pet’s Adoption Code will either be on a tag attached to your plush pet, or it will have been sent to you if the Webkinz Pet was purchased at the Ganz eStore (check your Ganz eStore order history for the Adoption Code). If you haven’t already created an account yet, just click the PLAY button on the homepage and then I’M NEW.
How to recover your Webkinz World user name and password?
If you already have an account have your parent visit the Parent’s Area from the home page and create a Parent’s Account. The parent’s email they use to create their Parent’s Account can also be used to recover your Webkinz World user name and password.
Can you use an old Webkinz classic account?
For convenience, you can use an existing Webkinz Classic login to create an account in Webkinz Next (and vice-versa), but PLEASE NOTE that they are otherwise COMPLETELY SEPARATE GAMES. Is there a way to merge my Webkinz account?
We can, however, merge accounts if the pets were adopted within the past 30 days. If this is the case, please visit the Webkinz World homepage and click on “Customer Support.” Click on Account Issues and choose the option that applies to you. The secret letters aren’t showing up when we try to adopt the pet.
