The quest id is CWObj for that one, “Liberation of Skyrim”. I still can’t get it to work though. (Edit: Quest giver would be Ulfric Stormcloak or Galmar Stone-Fist) Doing the quest naturally leaves two objectives not met, talking to Ulfric and conquering the Haafingar tower.
How to fix liberate Haafingar bug in Skyrim?
So , I went through whole forum and found two topics with same problem with no working solution for me. The problem – I defeated the imperial crew at Fort Hraggstad and returned to Galmar but there’s no “reporting in” option, I have played few other quests since so theres no possibility of loading the game before attack on hraggstad any idea ?

Using “setstage CWObj 255” completes the talk to Ulfric objective, and completes the quest, but leaves the Haafingar objective unchecked.
