Reliable Talent By 11th level, you have refined your chosen Skills until they approach perfection. Whenever you make an ability check that lets you add your Proficiency Bonus, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Does reliable talent affect saving throws?
Death saving throws are not ability checks nor are they ability saving throws. They’re a special type of saving throw and reliable talent has no affect on them.

For a rogue/fighter or rogue/bard, Reliable Talent does work with Remarkable Athlete and Jack of All Trades.
Does Jack of all trades and reliable talent?
You can add your proficiency bonus only once and multiply or divide that bonus only once, but adding half your proficiency is still adding your proficiency, so Reliable Talent does stack with Jack of all Trades/Remarkable Athlete according to the RAW.
When do you get reliable talent in Rogue?
My wonderful Rogue has hit level 11, and gets the “reliable talent”, where any d20 rolls below a 10 become a 10 for ability checks with proficiency bonus. I currently have this as a “class action” threading onto the required ability rolls, so that it will prompt me to check the number rolled.
