I recommend you play through the main story missions at least once, get to TVH and then either start the DLC, Probably Torgues or Hammerlocks first, save Tiny Tina’s DLC for last (It’s by far the best one) If you want you could go straight for UVHM before you play the DLC to make it extra challenging.
