A session zero in D&D is the session a DM holds with their players to establish expectations, discuss character options, set the tone for the campaign, and more….By the end of your session 0, you’ll have:
- plans for your gaming schedule.
- a framework of rules for your table.
- and a foundation for the adventure itself.
What happens if you miss a DND session?
If one person is missing, that character is on “autopilot”, as in he is present when needed, sometimes acts in combat, but mostly follows the group around with a glazed look in their eyes. If two people are missing, we play a one-shot of something else. If three people are missing we don’t do squat diddly.
What to do when you get a session time out error?

Is the ability to switch to Session 0 disabled?
The ability to switch to Session 0 is disabled by default on all versions of Microsoft Windows from Windows Vista / Server 2008 onwards. Hence your ability to “interact” via keyboard or mouse with the GUI components of your application launched under FireDaemon Pro control on Session 0 is not possible.
Why is my keyboard and mouse not working on Session 0?
