For Cantrips, pretty much anything that doesn’t require a DC or Spell Attack. Guidance is always amazing, Light can retain its use even after you’ve raged. Mage Hand, Prestigitation, Mending, Thaumaturgy, Druidcraft, Spare the Dying are all fun utility cantrips.
Can you take magic initiate twice?
You can take each feat only once, unless the feat’s description says otherwise. The Magic Initiate feat does not say it can be taken twice.
Can you cast a ritual spell in magic initiate?
You can only cast a Magic Initiate 1st level spell as a ritual through the Ritual Caster feat if you also choose it with the Ritual Caster feat, essentially wasting space in learning the same spell twice. But at least you can cast it once per long rest as if it was cast with a spell slot, which might be beneficial in some niche scenario.
How often can you use magic initiate in RuneScape?
You get two extra cantrips that you can use at will, on top of any from your class. You also get the 1st level spell from magic initiate on top of your other spells, but as written you can only cast it once per long rest and it doesn’t interact at all with your spell slots.
Can you use spell slots in magic initiatefeat?
No, you can’t use spell slots, unless you choose the class associated with your Spellcasting feature. Without loss of generality, suppose you are a Wizard who takes the Magic Initiatefeat (PHB, p. 168), and pick the cleric class for the feat. The relevant part of the description of the feat says:
