Reckless Attack has to be decided to be used during the first attack of the turn – if you choose to attack recklessly then ALL attacks that turn (opportunity attacks as well) are at advantage. The downside is that attacks against you also have advantage, so when surrounded by enemies it’s probably not a wise idea.
