Temerian Partisan Hideout is the headquarters of what remains of Temeria’s army and is led by Vernon Roche. It is an open ceiling cave located just southeast of the Vegelbud Residence and north-northwest of the Herbalist’s Hut.

A witcher is not a human, so Vernon has to have first hand experience in order to treat non-humans in a certain way, because of all of the poor experiences he’s had in the past.
