Where is the Skaal blacksmith?
Baldor Iron-Shaper is a Skaal blacksmith who resides in the Skaal Village. Until the shout Bend Will has been used on it, he is one of the villagers building a temple around the Wind Stone. Afterwards, during the day he can be seen outside, tending the forge. At night he can be found inside his house.
Where is Baldor located Skyrim?
Baldor Iron-Shaper is a Nord living in his house at Skaal Village. He is initially missing from the village, and can be found at an abandoned lodge during the quest A New Source of Stalhrim.
Does the Stalhrim source regenerate?
The site is an ancient burial ground containing ten sarcophagi packed with Stalhrim. Note that one of the sarcophagi is half buried in snow and only the Draugr head is visible, but it can still be looted. The deposits will replenish after ten days.
