One of the ways is to create a Great Work which will give +2 Culture and +2 Tourism. To create a Great Work, you must have an appropriate Great Work slot somewhere in your empire. Great Work slots are specific to each type of Great Work and found in various buildings.
Should I keep great works Civ 6?
Players who aren’t going for a Cultural Victory can use their Great Works to trade for more resources and Gold. They can also be used as leverage against players going for a Cultural Victory in order to get even more resources or even help convince that player to join in a war.
