The only champion I know is capable of doing that is Mordekaiser, when he has a ghost from the enemy ADC. He tanks all the damage while the ghost beats the Baron until it dies. It is techincally solo because all damage is credited to Mordekaiser, and the ghost is obtained with his ult.
