Problem is, there seems to be no way to progress without the Ivory Claw. The path stops dead with a named dark elf in front of a pedestal that requires the claw. Other threads have said it’s on him, or in the slot. Neither is the case in my game, he had nothing on him, and nothing was in the slot.
