The Tortle Package is a supplement to the 5th-edition Dungeons & Dragons adventure Tomb of Annihilation. It describes the Chultan island Snout of Omgar, and provides detail on the tortle race.
Is the Tortle package Al legal?
Yes… completely DDAL legal. For the time being they count as their own +1. In November they will count as part of XGE for that purpose.

Can a ritual be copied into a spellbook?
Like spells, preparation rituals can be copied into new spellbooks. To imbue a spellbook with a preparation ritual, you must have the Scribe Scroll feat, as well as a number of ranks in Spellcraft and a caster level each equal to double the highest spell level in the original spellbook.
What do superscripts mean in a spellbook?
