Where do I Find my Adoption code on Webkinz?
Your Pet’s Adoption Code will either be on a tag attached to your plush pet, or it will have been sent to you if the Webkinz Pet was purchased at the Ganz eStore (check your Ganz eStore order history for the Adoption Code). If you haven’t already created an account yet, just click the PLAY button on the homepage and then I’M NEW.

Where do I enter my adoption code on Webkinz?
Once you have completed that adoption, you can enter your Adoption Code in the Adoption Center. If you choose to do that later, you can find the Adoption Center once you log in and click the Things To Do menu in the lower right hand corner (website) or the upper right hand corner (mobile app).
How to recover your Webkinz World user name and password?
If you already have an account have your parent visit the Parent’s Area from the home page and create a Parent’s Account. The parent’s email they use to create their Parent’s Account can also be used to recover your Webkinz World user name and password.
