I ran a dungeon earlier today with full dungeon set 3 (Righteous Armor) equipped but noticed the set bonus were grey, with with following message, “Legacy Set: bonus is inactive”. This makes me sad. It kinda takes the fun out of collecting & using old gear sets at the appropriate level.

May be they don’t work on higher lvl chars than the content tier set is from. You can still have fun with all your old items in timewalking if I am not mistaken, I had tons of fun with my old legendaries from Legion classes have been reworked massively and have different spells now.
