Following the update today, Skeleton King has been removed from Dota 2 “for pressing ceremonial reasons.” The character’s icon, which previously appeared at the top of the Frostivus page, is now missing.

Wraith King Skeletons are summoned for each enemy hero within 900 radius upon triggering Reincarnation. Only summons skeletons for enemy heroes (including clones, excluding illusions and creep-heroes). Vampiric Spirit is not learned, no skeletons are summoned.

The king will close the gate and send a group of the Returned after you. The monsters you’re fighting are stronger versions of skeletons. Once they’re gone the gate will open again.
