Why does the last episode of Realta Nua have the route?
“Last episode” can happen in different timelines/routes but it is sure to happen after Fate’s true ending. The reason is that it is done as an epilogue for such ending (it actually says epilogue). Nasu has made epilogues for all 3 true endings. In the original game he did Heaven’s Feel true ending epilogue.
Is there a patch for Realta Nua on PC?
Yes, the current Waku Waku patch includes a translated Last Episode. Right now, the best way to experience Realta Nua (in English) is to patch up the PC version with the Mirror Moon voice patch and the most recent Waku Waku patch. The Waku Waku patch, by the way, is still a work in progress.
